   Proposal Description:
   1) To identify common genetic variant (SNP) that interacts with pathogenic proteins (tau and beta-amyloid) in Alzheimer's disease.    2) To evaluate the effect of identified SNP on the individual's prognosis using longitudinal data provided by NACC    3) Identifying such SNP would help us understanding patho-mechanism of Alzheimer's disease and provide evidences for personalized medicine in neurodegenerative disease.
